The Cliffs At Peace Canyon

My family visited for a late Christmas celebration using this property for the second time. It was again amazing, and our adventures, laughs and memories made are priceless. The rooms are spacious, layout is great for relaxing, playing games, cooking, or tv watching (or work lol). The property is clean and safe, convenient to lots of amenities. 10/10 recommend!

What an amazing weekend getaway! The Cliffs at Peace Canyon was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge. The resort is peaceful and beautifully kept, with plenty of space to relax. Our suite was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen and a cozy living area. The atmosphere was so calm and refreshing compared to the busy Strip. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat with all the comforts of home just minutes from the action, The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is a hidden gem! Can’t wait to come back!

A very nice place away from the strip. Had a full kitchen, washer/dryer that we needed. Staff was friendly . We had no problem finding our room which was a short walk to our assigned parking. Room was clean and organized. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Totally recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have to shout out the immaculate facilities, super kind staff and very chill vibe at this place. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, from the housekeepers to the shuttle drivers and most of all the front desk staff. The pool was amazing. Great value! Thanks for a memorable trip.

A very nice time share community away from the hustle and hustle of the Vegas strip. Set in a residental area, with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. They have free Shuttle service to the Treasure Island casino which is in the middle of the strip. Also, free Shuttle service to a couple of the local casinos. Rooms are spacious but a bit dated. Also, most rooms face opposite each other in small court yards. They have an outdoor heated pool and a few indoor games. No planned activities, so I wouldn't consider it a "resort" per-sea. We would certainly go back. While very close to the Red Rock canyon, the Cliffs at Peace Canyon is a bit of a misnomer. You really can't see the mountains from the property, hidden by developments that have been built between The Cliffs and the mountains, but none the less, a nice place. PS Vacation Village members: you will be surprised that you will now have to pay resort fees, unless you book your deeded week at your deeded resort. What a bunch of nickel and dime bull, and contrary to what I was told when I made my two purchases.

We were looking for somewhere to stay a route from Utah to California and haven’t had luck liking anywhere in Vegas till we found this spot. Spacious, a great price, was clean, had a heated pool, and was in a quiet, nice part of town. There are shuttles to the strip for those wanting it, and we were grateful for separate bedroom areas and space at a good price. Finally found a great family friendly place to stay only about 10 min off the highway (less driving time than if you get stuck in the strip).

This is my fave place to stay when I come to Vegas for longer stays. They are affordable, clean, professional, and very centrally located to many shops and restaurants. They look like one of those big apartment complex type.places that have a gym, pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, business center with free wifi and printers, and a room that you can kick back and drink coffee and watch TV. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming. I believe you can rent either one or two bedroom units here. I always get the two bed two bath. It looks just like an apartment inside. Fully furnished and all the kitchen stuff for cooking and eating. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for off the strip lodging.

If you're looking for a place to stay in Vegas for your family and value matters more than the lights and glitter of the strip, I highly recommend this location, especially if you plan to spend any time at Red Rock Canyon, which is 20 minutes away. Staying at the Cliffs is not like staying at your usual resort or hotel. For a price lower than most Vegas hotels nowadays, you get a 1 or 2 bedroom furnished condo/apartment which is bigger than most hotel rooms. The furnishings are dated and a little dirty but a comparable place on the strip would run triple what you would pay at the Cliffs. The gym is small and the pool area is decent. I do recommend asking for the 2nd floor if you don't want to listen to the people above you walking around. I also recommend asking for a place not by the busy, main roads, unless you like to hear cars all day. Overall, I do plan to return the next time I visit the area.
